Compound Sliding Miter Saw-Review
I’ve used almost every Compound Sliding Miter Saw out there. In this little review I am going to hi-light some of the best saws out there. I currently use the first Compound Sliding Miter Saw but would not turn away from any of the others when making accurate and precision cuts that depend on a once only cut.
I do have to tell you that there are things that have disappointed me about “All” the saws, but most manufacturers have their own ideas about what is best for us. I don’t buy that. They should consult real life Contractors and Tradesmen when engineering these tools.
It would make many of us very happy. So, take a look at the ones I think pass the torture test and believe me, I do put all my tools through a vigorous trial period.
I’ll start with my favorite, which is the Ridgid compound sliding miter saw.

The Compound Sliding Miter Saw is no stranger to me. I started out my career using a Radial Arm Saw. This tool has virtually disappeared because of the advent of the versatile and safer Compound Sliding Miter Saw.
